After years as an IT and Business Manager, Scott returned to school to pursue a new career in Animation.  He graduated from Illinois Institute of Art-Schaumburg in December 2006 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Media Arts and Animation. By Spring 2007, he was animating machinery for training programs. 

Scott passed away in October 2007 at the age of 42.  His family and friends choose to honor his memory through philanthropy.
