First Scott J. Orlowski Memorial Scholarship Awardee Selected

In April 2009, the SJOMF Board of Directors selected the first Scott J. Orlowski Memorial Scholarship Awardee.  Zachary Grzeszkowiak was awarded $14,000 to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design.  He entered Illinois Institute of Art - Schaumburg in Fall 2009.

Zachary attended Schaumburg High School where he excelled in a variety of art and design classes.  Outside of school, he pursued opportunities to showcase his talent and has won several awards. Zachary's work has been featured in multiple art shows.

After attending a summer class at Illiniois Institute of Art in 2007, Zach focused his future goals on attending the school and, specifically, pursuing a degree in Graphic Design.  He was impressed with the curriculum and caliber of instruction as well as his own development as a result. 

Zachary graduated in 2013 and is now working as a Junior Art Director.
